this brand-new publication created Spring Giveaway
for Bristol. This magazine was born
from one simple idea: To bring the
community together and share its 20 Embracing The Outdoors
history. Spring Activities in Bristol

We’re launching Bristol Magazine Charles Bonczek 24 History in the Bristol
because there’s so much good Editor Cultural District
happening around us, and it sheds
some light on stories from local people. Whether it’s a local Downtown Live at the
business owner chasing a dream, a nonprofit changing lives, 27 Rockwell Theater
or a neighbor making history, this magazine is where their
stories will live. I hope you enjoy our magazine and also the From Service to Support Key
fun events and articles. 28 Programs and Assistance for
Bristol Veterans
And let’s talk about Bristol itself. From Federal Hill's charm
to Lake Compounce's rollercoasters, from the booming
small business scene to the timeless beauty of the parks and CONTRIBUTORS
neighborhoods, this city pulses with energy and purpose.
We’re not just another dot on the map. We’re a community Thomas Dickau, Sharon Arsego,

Every quarter (plus a festive Holiday Issue), Bristol Magazine Dr. Joshua Medeiros, Erica Ussery,
will land in your mailbox, filled with local highlights, Scott Stanton, Bristol City Economic &
interviews, and things to look forward to right here in the Community Development Department
city. And this first issue? It’s just the beginning of a great way
to bring everyone together, either through events or simply
by reading the articles in the magazine and learning about
the community and what it has to offer.
